Get on your dancing shoes for this year’s annual MITA Valentines day dance! It is going to be on Friday, 

February 16th from 4pm to 6:30 pm. There will be food including desserts provided by the Baking Club, drinks, dancing, and music!

Your last chance to buy tickets during school hours is on the 16th during lunch at the student store next to room 12 but they will also be selling at the gate when the festivities start and will be available all through the night. Ticket prices range from $5 for just entry or $10 for entry and a package including food. Volunteers that sign up to help during the dance will also be able to get a free $10 ticket. The original Valentines dance tickets can be exchanged for other tickets that can be used to purchase things at the dance.

When asked what inspired the motivation to put on this dance, Mr. Tunca responded that, “Everyone was excited and the last dance went great, so we decided to have one dance in the first half of the year, and one dance in the second half.”
